About the Role

SkyPath Travel Services is seeking motivated individuals to support travel planning and booking. As a Remote Travel Agent Assistant, you'll help customers research destinations, coordinate itineraries, process reservations, and provide general travel support. This is a great opportunity for someone who loves travel, planning, and customer service — no prior travel industry experience is required. Training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist Travel Agents in booking flights, hotels, tours, and transportation.
  • Provide destination information, travel recommendations, and trip planning support.
  • Communicate with clients through email, chat, or phone.
  • Maintain client reservation records and update booking details.
  • Help resolve travel changes, cancellations, or schedule adjustments.
  • Ensure customer interactions are professional, friendly, and helpful.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Basic computer skills (email, online search, typing).
  • Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Comfortable working independently from home.
