This role involves assisting passengers with reservations, flight changes, baggage issues, and general travel support — all from the comfort of your home. Key Responsibilities



  • Handle inbound calls, live chats, and emails from customers


  • Provide accurate information regarding flight bookings, schedules, and travel policies


  • Resolve issues related to reservations, cancellations, refunds, and baggage


  • Maintain professionalism in high-stress or time-sensitive situations


  • Accurately document interactions in customer service systems


  • Escalate complex concerns to the appropriate department


  • Meet daily performance targets including call resolution and customer satisfaction





Qualifications



  • High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred


  • Prior experience in customer support or call center is a plus


  • Strong communication and active listening skills


  • Ability to multitask using CRM software and airline systems


  • Must have a quiet home office setup and reliable high-speed internet


  • Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
