Job Description:
Join Netflix’s remote growth operations as a Part-Time Lead Generation & Sales Support Agent. In this role you’ll assist sales teams by researching potential leads, building qualified contact lists, scheduling outreach, supporting follow-up processes and maintaining CRM data. You’ll play a key role in fueling Netflix’s membership growth and partner engagement by ensuring our sales pipeline is well-nurtured.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential leads using online tools, databases and social media.

  • Build and maintain contact lists with accurate information (company, role, contact, region).

  • Support outreach efforts (email sequences, LinkedIn messages) and schedule sales-team follow-ups.

  • Track lead conversion metrics and update CRM/ reporting dashboards.

  • Collaborate remotely with sales, marketing and partner teams to refine lead criteria and improve process.

  • Meet weekly lead-generation targets and quality metrics.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Comfortable with online research tools, CRM systems and LinkedIn/Sales Navigator.

  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and ability to prioritise tasks.

  • Good communication skills (written) and ability to work remotely with minimal supervision.

  • Motivation to hit targets and contribute to growth-oriented environment.

  • Previous sales or lead-generation experience is a plus but not strictly required.
