Key Responsibilities

• Communicate issues clearly with the development team.
• Assist in verifying bug fixes and updates.
• Support overall product quality to enhance user experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; IT coursework or degree is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Basic understanding of software, websites, or mobile apps.
• Ability to follow written instructions and document findings clearly.
• Good communication skills and willingness to learn.
• No prior QA experience required — Entry Level welcome.

Preferred (Not Required)

• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana).
